The description of services included under this project are; review and update existing engineering designs; prepare technical specifications, drawings, and comprehensive bidding documents in accordance with national standard and AfDB ; supervise all civil works to ensure full compliance with approved designs, technical specifications, timelines, quality assurance requirements, and environmental and social safeguards. The consultancy services shall be implemented over a period of thirty (30) months and organized into two (2) phases, namely: Phase I -Inception, Design and Preparation of Bidding Documents (6 months); Phase II: Construction Supervision – 24 months.
