The Government of Somaliland has applied for additional financing from the African Development Fund (ADF) towards the cost of the Somaliland/Somalia Road Infrastructure Programme -Additional Financing- (HoA – Somalia – Djibouti – Ethiopia Corridor) and intends to apply part of proceeds of these grants towards eligible payments under the individual consultancy contract for a Technical Lead.
