Résumé
La National Information Technology Authority-Uganda (NITA-U) lance un appel d'offres ouvert pour la conception et la construction de deux centres modulaires et préfabriqués destinés à la collecte, au démantèlement et au stockage des déchets électroniques en Ouganda, lot 1 à Kampala et lot 2 à Arua. Le projet est financé par la Banque mondiale dans le cadre de l'Uganda Digital Acceleration Project (UDAP). Les offres sont attendues au plus tard le 20 octobre 2026.
