The assignment will involve providing comprehensive Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) implementation support, including preparation and execution of the RAP implementation plan; stakeholder engagement and public consultations; validation and updating of the RAP and Project Affected Persons (PAPs) database in accordance with the approved cut-off date and prevailing field conditions; establishment of a robust RAP implementation database; implementation of communication and grievance redress mechanisms; preparation of compensation documentation and standard operating procedures; support to compensation payment and verification processes; preparation and issuance of PAP identification materials; development and implementation of measures for vulnerable groups; due diligence on unidentified and disputed PAPs, including those involved in legal proceedings; continuous stakeholder engagement in accordance with the Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP); and preparation of periodic progress reports and a final RAP implementation completion report, including updated geo-referenced RAP strip maps, in compliance with applicable national legislation and international safeguards.
