Please attach signed certificate of site inspection.
Bidders shall notify the focal point( ug.procurement@undp.org ) 3 of days in advance as to whether or not they intend to participate in the site inspection and the details of their representatives who will attend via the above email. All interested bidders should show interest 3 days before site inspection to ug.procurement@undp.org.
Please submit your bid on your letterhead that should be signed and stamped on the Quantum supplier portal, not later than indicated date in Quantum, addressed to UNDP Uganda stating clearly whether the prices are inclusive or exclusive of VAT and any other taxes that may be applicable. Your letterhead should clearly show your tax identification number, TIN.

Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements.
