The overall objective of the assignment is to assist the PIDACC to provide expert oversight and management to ensure the successful implementation and timely completion of the construction/rehabilitation of multipurpose infrastructure project.

The specific objective of this assignment is to provide professional engineering supervision and contract administration for:

Rehabilitation and modernization of irrigation infrastructure

•
Construction of a multipurpose earth dam and associated hydraulic structures

The Consultant shall ensure that works are delivered:

•
Within approved budget and timeline

•
In compliance with technical specifications

•
In accordance with AfDB Environmental and Social Safeguards

•
With high standards of quality, safety, and sustainability
