If you are interested in submitting a proposal in response to this RFP:
1. Please acknowledge receipt of this RFP by completing and returning the Letter of Intent in Annex A,
indicating your intention to submit a proposal or not, no later than Friday, August 14, 2026
2. Please submit any requests for clarification no later than Friday, August 21, 2026
3. Please prepare your proposal in accordance with the requirements and procedures outlined in this
RFP and submit it no later than Friday, August 28, 2026

All WHO vendors are required to comply with the United Nations Supplier Code of Conduct. We encourage
all Proposers to join the United Nations Global Compact and support the Women’s Empowerment
Principles (WEP).
