Construction and Installation of Three (3) Bird Watching Towers at Kiang West National Park and Abuko Nature Reserve, The Gambia

The assignment involves the design, construction, and installation of three environmentally friendly bird-watching towers at Kiang West National Park and Abuko Nature Reserve in The Gambia. The contractor will conduct site assessments, confirm or adapt the approved tower design (subject to ITC approval), and construct durable, weather-resistant towers using sustainable materials in accordance with the approved drawings and Bill of Quantities. The works also include providing safe visitor access, treating all timber for durability, installing interpretive signage, and ensuring full compliance with Gambian building, safety, and environmental regulations to enhance eco-tourism and visitor experience.
