The KOICA (Korea International Cooperation Agency) Cameroon Office intends to invite foreign and local eligible Bidders for Construction Supervision for the ‘Project for Building of Emergency Medical Services System in Cameroon’ Brief of Bidding ․ Bid Title Construction Supervision for the ‘Project for Building of Emergency Medical Services System in Cameroon’ ․ Summary of Services -.Commencement : Review of the inception report, design documents and the Constructor's project execution plan; confirmation of site handover and survey of local conditions (adjacent construction, confined site) -.Construction : Monitoring of commencement /construction progress and assurance of compliance with quality, safety and environmental (incl. public grievance) requirements — including inspections, material approvals, instrumentation monitoring and non-disruption of hospital operations -.Schedule & Payment : Progress control against the approved schedule (instructing catch-up plans in case of delay), review of progress payments and supporting documents, and weekly/monthly/special reporting -.Design Changes : Review of modifications and cost implications (verification of permissible scope; support for the Employer's approval) -.Completion : Commissioning, final inspection, verification of completion documents, handover and warranty administration
