The Government of the Republic of Cameroon has received financing from the African Development Bank hereinafter referred to as the Bank to finance the Livestock and Fish Farming Value Chain Development Project (PDCVEP), and intends to use part of this loan to make payments under the Contracts for the design, supply and assembly of equipment of an industrial cattle slaughterhouse and a cold store in Douala.

Under this Contract, the Borrower shall make payments using the Direct Payment method of disbursement, as defined in the Bank's Guidelines and Procedures, except for those payments for which the contract stipulates that payment shall be made by documentary credit.
